We assist companies in all their legal affairs and in all phases of their operations. Our services cover all kind of matters, from the foundation of the company all the way to special questions of company law and to problem solving. Our clientele mainly consists of small and medium sized enterprises from the Pirkanmaa region, in addition to a considerable number of housing- and real estate companies.
When working on individual cases we always strive to finding a solution that is appropriate and adequate from the point of view of the client’s business operations. In many cases our client-service supplier relationship is based on long term co-operation, which enables us better to understand each client’s individual needs and working environment.
In addition to the advice that we give in special situations, we draw up all kinds of documents required for business operations, in accordance with the client’s needs. Such documents are e.g. memoranda of association, articles of association and shareholders’ agreements. Our special expertise also includes the sale and purchase of companies and their business operations, mergers, splits and other corporate restructuring, as well as the related tax planning.
